Registration fees (participants and presenters) include conference admission, conference set (proceedings and materials), lunches, dinner (closing) and refreshments. These fees do NOT include the accommodation.

Authors need to pay the fees BEFORE 15th August 2018 in order for their papers to be included in the proceeding.

Payment Procedures FOR LOCAL PARTICIPANT (MALAYSIAN)

Payment can be made through:

1. Online Payment via Credit Card / Internet Banking / FPX

  1. Browse http://e-com.uum.edu.my/bend/paymode.jsp
  2. Follow all required steps as instructed.
  3. Note : for 'payment for' choose ‘other payment’  
  4. Note : for 'description' : key in 'I-COME 2018'
  5. Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Scan and email the proof of payment as soon as possible or before 15th August 2018 to the secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day of the conference/ workshop/ colloquium Failure to do so will result in your name being not listed as presenter/ participants.

2. Bank Transfer

Transfer should be made to the following account:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)or by fax to +604 9285804 for us to verify the transaction. Please kindly write down the participant's name, date and time of the transfer and country and city of origin.

3. Local Cheque

All cheques should be made payable to “UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA”.
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment

Cancellation Policy

Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before 15th August 2018 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD85 administrative fee. 

Please note: No refunds will be given after 15th August 2018.

The deadline for paper submission is on 31 May 2018.
